Lara has been a licensed real estate professional since 2004 and a Valley resident since 2004. While raising two daughters in Arcadia, she has become an integral part of the community through her philanthropic efforts, and her many valued friendships. Lara’s “Can Do” attitude has brought her much success over the years and endeared her to her many clients, both buyers and sellers.

Rebecca’s career in Real Estate began as a Marketing Director with Westcor Partners, a local Shopping Center Developer. She later became a licensed real estate professional in order to buy and remodel homes in the Arcadia neighborhood.
She found she enjoyed the buying and selling process so much that she decided to make it a full-time job. She has been successfully representing buyers and sellers in the Valley since 2005, focusing on the Arcadia, Paradise Valley, and Camelback corridor neighborhoods.
Rebecca and her 2 partners formed The TEAM in 2013 to better serve their clients and their community with collaboration and a trusted partnership. As a proud native of the Chicagoland area, I've found my heart and home in Arizona for the past five years. Coming from a family of brokerage owners and having worked with home builders, earning my real estate license was a natural fit. I hold a Bachelors in Business degree from Grand Canyon University and am deeply passionate about helping clients find their perfect homes.
For the past two years, I have also had the privilege of working at RETSY in an administrative and marketing capacity, which has enriched my understanding of the real estate industry and honed my skills. I am thrilled to be a part of The TEAM and to work alongside the best in the industry.
